Before joining FS Legal as an Associate in December 2022, Koyes worked at Eversheds Sutherland in the Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Department, in which he advised large financial institutions, such as banks and credit card companies.

Koyes has extensive litigation knowledge and experience in complex claims, with a particular focus on financial services. He also has experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), in particular mediation.

Acting for the Claimant in a £2.6M Professional Negligence Claim

A substantial Loss of Chance claim against a national and high-profile firm of solicitors. The claim concerns the loss of an underlying £2.6M claim arising from negligent financial, pensions and tax advice.

Acting for large national UK banks in Fraud claims.

Acting for the Claimant in a 7-figure professional negligence claim arising out of advice given on the terms of a Share Purchase Agreement.
