Prior to joining FS Legal in September 2022, Joshua had previously headed legal teams within the Fraud department for a national practice, specialising in civil litigation. Joshua has extensive experience acting in substantial fraud-based claims against all of the main UK Banks.
As well as managing his own teams, Joshua has had multiple successes within housing litigation matters and breach of contract matters, creating his own niche breach of contract litigation team.

Acting for the Defendants in a ground breaking £7M claim brought by the FCA concerning advice given to approximately 500 clients.
Acting for the Claimant in a £2.6M Professional Negligence Claim
A substantial Loss of Chance claim against a national and high-profile firm of solicitors. The claim concerns the loss of an underlying £2.6M claim arising from negligent financial, pensions and tax advice.
Acting for individuals against UK banks regarding Authorised Push Payment Fraud claims.
Acting for various tenant clients in breach of contract matters against Housing Associations and Council Authorities.
Representing a terminally ill tenant client in an urgent application against a large Council Authority. The claim concerned breach of contract by way of failure to complete housing repairs within contractual time scales. Joshua successfully applied for an unless order and penal order against the Defendant.
