Cheshire Estate and Legal Limited v Thomas Blanchfield, Mark Montaldo and MTCC Solutions Limited
Assisting in an expedited 6 day trial in claims for injunctive and springboard relief following breach of contract and statutory duties by the Claimant’s 2 former directors in setting up their own competing law firm.

£2.6M Professional Negligence Claim
A substantial Loss of Chance claim against a national and high-profile firm of solicitors. The claim concerned the loss of an underlying £2.6M claim arising from negligent financial, pensions and tax advice.

£2.3M loss of opportunity negligence claim against a firm of solicitors.

Acting for individuals against UK banks regarding Authorised Push Payment Fraud and Scam claims.

Acting for various tenant clients in Tenant Housing Claims; specialising in litigated breach of tenancy agreement matters against Housing Associations and Council Authorities.

Representing a terminally ill tenant client in an urgent application against a large Council Authority. The claim concerned breach of contract by way of failure to complete housing repairs within contractual time scales. Joshua successfully applied for an unless order and penal order against the Defendant; one of the largest local authority social landlords in the UK.
